My name is Master Ron Tramontano, and I would be honored if I could have your attention for as long as it takes to read this letter. I promise, if nothing else, you will be intrigued at what I am about to tell you. I have created the perfect way for school owners to add a substantial amount of money to each of their school’s bottom line. However, that’s not all; the best part of my creation is that it’s absolutely FREE for Martial Arts School Owners. That’s right, Free. I did tell you it’s Free right? for all School Owners? Now listen to this. It’s not only FREE, it’s pretty much seamless and happens each and every month like clockwork. Here is a clear instructional video that will give you the highlights of the Virtual Project. Once you view this video please return to this page for more valuable information. Click Here

Two Categories: “Extreme and Traditional Martial Arts”.

Twelve monthly tournaments within each category.

One competition a month, in each category, in a different area of martial arts expertise.

Example

Extreme                                                       Traditional

January: Musical Kata                               January: Self Defense

February: Musical Weapons                     February: Kata

Your students can compete now each month or in any month they choose for that matter, by simply creating a no longer than four min. video and placing it on YouTube

The student’s next step is to take the YouTube URL of the video they have just created to “The Virtual Martial Arts School Owners website www.virtualmaschoolowners.com “. Here they will login, fill out a simple form, entering them in the competition and uploading the YouTube URL to the exact month they wish to compete.

Automatically, an email will be generated letting the students household know of the students intentions to enter the tournament and has already uploaded a video to the competition.

School Owners here is your part. Tell you students and parents that your school is having a Tournament. Give them the month, date and subject matter of the competition. Subject matter for that particular month may be found on our website. Also, inform them that you plan to run tournaments like these each month. Also explain to the parents and students they are not required to participate in every tournament; they are able to pick and choose the subject matter they feel most comfortable with. Here is the Landing Page to send your parents/students to register. www.virtualmaschoolowners.com/campaign/

At this time, it would be good to review your schools requirement for Black Belt Testing. Example: My requirements are Two Virtual tournaments and one local. Inform parents and students as to the cost to compete in this tournament. “$20.” However, if they wish to join the Virtual Martial Arts Completion for the annual fee of $25, all future tournament fees will always be half of the amount stated by you to compete. Here again is the Landing Page to send them to www.virtualmaschoolowners.com/campaign

Note: School Owners, you set the fees to compete in your tournaments each month. Students pay their entry fees at your school in the amount of half of whatever you state the cost to be, as long as they are a member of TVMAC. For students choosing not to become members of TVMAC, they will pay a fee of $25 for each competition, payable on our website.

Basically, your student is done. All that is left is for your student to wait for the month his video will stream. Streaming will take place on our website and in our 3D theaters provided by TVMAC. During this whole month, your school and all of your students, their friends and family will have the opportunity of voting on the best videos of their classmates. All data as to friends that are not associated with your school but have participated in the voting will be given to you each month as leads.

At the end of the month, you have the option of hosting a free pizza party where contestants and friends can watch videos of that month’s competition, laugh, and have fun. Awards can be presented, and plans and classes can be discussed for the upcoming tournament.

Let’s take a look at what this does for your school. By competing virtually each month, many thousands of dollars will be generated as income. Parents love it, less expensive to compete and they are seeing their children getting involved in the creation of something that belongs to them. Students love it because it is in with the times. This is so their generation. But most important, students like the difference it is making to their skills. In a video, you are submitting to a competition. How many times will you do that move over to get it right before submitting your video?   Improvements to the skill level of these students are happening by leaps and bounds simply because it’s human nature; natural behavior.   Let's say your school has two hundred students. You tell your students your new requirements for black belt testing. You have in that instance changed the behavior of your whole school, two hundred students. Once the competition is in play, they are going to have their friends, not presently associated with your school but live in your community, come to our website and vote for their video. You, as the school owner, will receive all the login, data of their friends and family that come to vote. This will generate new leads for your school. As your students learn to compete more and more and watch their friends and classmates compete, this will become a self-fulfilling monthly event. New leads will be available for your school each month. This is the future of the martial arts. Be part of the history.

Thank you,

Parent/Student letter to be cut from this letter and given to your school.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Parent/Students,

Our school will be hosting our first of many virtual tournaments this month on, “The Virtual Martial Arts Competition” website. Our requirements for “Black Belt Testings” require all students to participate in a number of tournaments over the course of their training. Virtual tournaments require much more attention to detail and the learning of new skills when creating a video to compete. Local competitions force the student to rise to the occasion. I find that there are benefits to both. The Virtual Martial Arts Tournaments will ultimately benefit us all. Please take a moment to view the website we will be competing on: www.virtualmaschoolowners.com. Once you have familiarized yourself with this site, go to www.virtualmaschoolowners.com/campaign/ and register. The annual membership fee is $25, much less than competing in one local tournament where the costs can be as high as fifty plus dollars. One of the benefits of being a member is you will be able to compete for the whole year for half price in each of our upcoming tournaments at the school. For example, our tournament for this month is $20 to compete. Members will only pay $10. Parents please note, if you have any objection to your child competing online, I fully understand. I know that The Virtual Martial Arts Competition has taken all steps possible to make this website as safe as possible. However, if you still feel strongly about this, your requirements may still be met by just competing in local tournaments.

Thank you everyone.

“To me, martial arts is an embodiment of mankind's greatest efforts. The effort to survive, the effort to be strong, to be individual, to be insightful, to understand each element of the world around us and use that knowledge in an effort to have a meaningful existence and to live at peace with ourselves and one another.” -Chien Fu
